With a Yeahwa VIP Card, you are entitled to enjoy the customized accumulated privilege program in high-end hotels affiliated to Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group, including Xiamen Yeohwa Hotel, Quanzhou Yeohwa Hotel, Wuyi Mountain Yeohwa Hotel, Xiamen Seaview Resort, Xiamen International Seaside Hotel, and to experience a worthy stay.
Yeohwa VIP Card is a discount-functional real-name card, which is of non-priced sale and non-stored value.

Conditions for Acquiring Membership:
Members must be the guests who have completed the check-in and have had personal stay at the high-end hotels belonging to Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group. Companies, organizations, groups and conference guests are not granted the membership.
The guests who have more than 3 accumulated stays in these high-end hotels can apply for VIP membership. We will deliver the VIP Card directly into your hand.

How to Apply for A VIP Card:
If the application conditions are met, you may ask for an application form at the reception counter or from the Guest Relation Officer at the hotel. Then, you have to complete the filling in block letters and sign your name before mailing it to the hotel reservation department or handing it to the service personnel at the reception counter. If you have met the conditions, we will mail the VIP Card specially made and the User's Guide to you within 15 working days after your submission. Please, check your mailbox timely.

Cumulative Rewards:
Effective accumulation: after obtaining the card, you may enjoy a free upgrade or a complimentary based on your stay times and accumulated night stays (limited only to night stays).
Reward items: when the accumulated stays reach 5 times, you can enjoy one free room upgrade; when reaching 20 night stays, you can be granted one free deluxe room, which you can select in any of these high-end hotels or be transferred for the use of your guest conformed with your written signature.
Converting rewards: Promted by the computerized accumulation statistics, the Front Office Department would realize the rewards for the guests in line with the reward standard. When converted, the accumulation for the reward will return to zero, and the converted free stay will not be recorded for the accumulation.
The accumulated record of reward conversion will remain effective.

How to use the card:
The VIP Card issued by Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group is to be used by the cardholder only. When making room reservation, you need to inform us of your card number in advance and produce the card when checking in.
If you also owns an Exclusive Card issued by the hotel under Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group, the reward conversion and the related privileges will be realized based on the card you present. No double accumulations or double privileges are to be offered.
The privileges or services you enjoy may differ in different high-end hotels due to geographical differences. Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group will not be responsible for the compensation for the privileges or services not offered. Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group shall have the right to decide on the adition or cancellation of some privileges or services entitled to the VIP Card. The high-end hotels under the Group may add extra services or rewards for the cardholders based on their own needs, but these extra privileges or rewards will not be listed into the content of formal commitment of the card.
Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group shall have the right to use, inside the hotel, the personal data that you have submitted at the application for a marketing purpose.

Loss of A VIP Card and Its Validity:
When the VIP Card is lost, the cardholder shall contact timely with the Market Department of Xiamen C&D Tourism and Hotels Group and apply for the re-issue. RMB 50 will be collected as a handling fee.
The VIP membership shall be suspended temporarily when the cardholder have not made stay consumption at a high-end hotel under the Group for 2 consecutive years; the membership will be automatically recovered when a new consumption is made and the record of accumulated stays remains perpetually effective.

Restrictions:
1. Accumulated rewards and privilege clauses do not apply to grouup activities such as conferences, wedding celebrations, banquets and take-outs, and special offers of the hotels;
2. Room reservation is guaranteed on the condition that you have to provide your arrival time or your flight number in advance; otherwise, the reservation will be retained till 18:00 of the day;
3. Unless otherwise specified, the VIP Card is exclusive of the privileges of other kinds;
4. The VIP Card remains effective in use only for the cardholder.
